3. Hosting
This website is hosted with Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) via the Cloudflare Pages service. When the site is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. The transfer of data to the USA is safeguarded on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses and Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
To protect against automated attacks, Cloudflare sets technically necessary cookies (such as __cf_bm). These serve solely the security and functioning of the website and are not used for analytics purposes.
4. Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser transmits. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the purpose of technically faultless operation and the security of the website.
5. Contact form and e-mail contact
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form including the contact data you provide there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
For the delivery of form messages we use the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The service receives the form data and forwards it to us by e-mail. In doing so, the data you have entered and your IP address are processed. Alternatively you can contact us directly by e-mail at [email protected] at any time.
Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR where your enquiry is connected with the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
6. Fonts
This website embeds all fonts it uses locally from its own server. There is no connection to servers of Google Fonts or other third-party providers, and no data is transferred to third parties in the process.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies and embeds no analytics services such as Google Analytics. No profiling and no retargeting takes place. Technically necessary cookies may be set by the hosting provider for attack detection (see section 3).
8. External links
Our website links to external websites, for example tierbestatter-vergleich.de. When you click these links, the privacy provisions of the respective providers apply. We have no influence on their content and data processing.
9. SSL and TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser changing from http:// to https://.
10. Your rights
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR). You also have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
You furthermore have the right to object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR). If you have given consent to data processing, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
You have a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
